Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Milestone Insurance Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Five stars all around

Great for home insurance

Room for improvement
Milestone Insurance Solutions handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Solid broker
Milestone Insurance Solutions is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Couldn't be happier
