Family business feel
Milestone Insurance Services has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Milestone Insurance Services. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Slow and unresponsive
Milestone Insurance Services was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
