Five stars all around
Switched to Metro Insurance Group on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Metro Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Lost my documents
Metro Insurance Group lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Metro Insurance Group was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Metro Insurance Group was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
