Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Mercier Services d'Assurance was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Mercier Services d'Assurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Okay but not great
Used Mercier Services d'Assurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow
The broker at Mercier Services d'Assurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
