I cannot begin to express our gratitude for Scott and his company. We had a house fire a year ago. It was a Saturday night and I called hoping to be able to get a 1 800 number for after hours emergencies instead I reached Scott in person. He then proceeded to go into the office to open our claim personally. Before we checked into our hotel for the night Scott had the restoration company contact us to set up a time to meet the next day to start the process. You have no idea of how scary it is to have to leave your house with nothing. Scott made the experience much less stressful by providing us with nothing but the best service throughout the whole process.

If I could leave negative stars I would. My "broker" looked around to find the cheapest insurance which equalled $4k per year, I've had no accidents whatsoever in my time driving, never made a claim. So I went to Allstate instead where my insurance is more than $1000 a year cheaper and cancelled with the commonwell, a company I didn't even know I was with until I received a letter saying they required payment, and I understood there would be a cancellation fee and was willing to pay it. Today I received an email saying I have to pay out $800 to cancel because my last month ended 14 days prior to me cancelling, long before my insurance was actually going to be cancelled. That is a quarter of my yearly policy. For 14 days. Steer clear of this company, they will rip you off as much as possible.
