Reliable broker
Been with McNeil & Patterson Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with McNeil & Patterson Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
