Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from McNeil Insurance Group. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Amazing customer service

Room for improvement
McNeil Insurance Group handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with McNeil Insurance Group. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
