Reliable broker
Been with McMillan & Gibson Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with McMillan & Gibson Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Room for improvement
McMillan & Gibson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
