Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with McLeod Risk Management. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from McLeod Risk Management. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Pretty good
McLeod Risk Management helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Slow and unresponsive
McLeod Risk Management was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
