Pretty good
McLeod & Lawson Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Room for improvement
McLeod & Lawson Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Good value
I appreciate that McLeod & Lawson Insurance shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with McLeod & Lawson Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about McLeod & Lawson Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
