Amazing customer service
The staff at McLeod Insurance Ltd. are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about tenant insurance and found me a great policy.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with McLeod Insurance Ltd.. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about McLeod Insurance Ltd.. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Slow and unresponsive
McLeod Insurance Ltd. was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Room for improvement
McLeod Insurance Ltd. handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
