**Disappointing Experience – Wouldn’t Recommend** If you're looking for a review that gives you a real sense of what to expect from this road test center, here it is. From the moment we arrived, the experience was unprofessional. Staff were more interested in chatting and doing anything else than helping us check in and were basically ignored. The road test itself felt unfair and nitpicky. For example, I was told my pull-in parking was fine for a sedan (which we were driving), but was told that it was unacceptable if i were in a truck and was given points. It felt like the lady was trying to fail you unless you followed the rulebook word-for-word with no room for common sense. Unless you have the handbook glued to your dashboard while taking the test. I don’t recommend wasting your time or money at this location.

Garbage customer service. Will never come back to this registry. I found your customer service to be poor, I did not give you my service for that reason, I stepped away. I have plenty of good reviews, and plenty of poor reviews. Sorry you ended in the poor section of those responses. Must be a better way to deal with poor reviews, I don’t think you took the right approach.

I caught myself in a pickle and the ladies here were so very helpful. I'm very grateful that they we're able to help me even though I was requesting assistance from across the country. I am so thankful. I would absolutely recommend their services. (My driver's license expired while I was several provinces away from home. They helped me to renew with a class F quickly.) ❤️

Do NOT book your driver’s test here. Something is seriously off with the examiner. She showed up 15 minutes late to my test, then told me my insurance paperwork was wrong but that showing the email one would be fine. The second I went to pull it up, she canceled my test on the spot. On top of that, she was rude and unprofessional, speaking to people like they’re little kids. If you want a fair, respectful experience, avoid this location.

I moved to Lethhbridge Alberta from Ontario. Finally I was able to redo and obtain my Alberta class 7 drivers licence after not having one for 4 years. Then I bought a truck for work. I called McKillop on several occasions and had left my number with the secretary for a call back. Heidi at McKillop in Lethbridge was considerate enough to finally return my call for an insurance quote. She told me I needed my entire insurance claims history of 35 years dating back to 1986 from all 4 provinces I lived in. As well as a five year driver abstract and a vehicle inspection and a commercial Insurance policy because I would be carrying tools for work. Does all this sound accurate? In the end she wished me good luck. I think she must know Ingrid from All State. She gave me the exact same story and was not polite about it. Hopefully I can sort this out because it does seem a bit hopeless and very discouraging. If your considering moving to Alberta make sure you know somebody! It's like moving back to 1990. Albertans don't want you to come here and they'll make sure you know that. Services are overwhelmed here and severely outdated.
