Okay but not great
Used McKenzie & Shaw Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Slow and unresponsive
McKenzie & Shaw Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from McKenzie & Shaw Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
