Slow and unresponsive
McKenzie & Gray Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with McKenzie & Gray Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about McKenzie & Gray Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
