Room for improvement
McKenzie & Fisher Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Multi-policy savings

Poor communication
My biggest issue with McKenzie & Fisher Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

The rates McKenzie & Fisher Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
