Helpful but slow
The broker at McKay & Kim Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Pretty good

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about McKay & Kim Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Good overall experience
