Quick and efficient

Poor communication
My biggest issue with McCarthy Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Couldn't be happier

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about McCarthy Insurance Brokers. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
