Poor communication
My biggest issue with McCarthy & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Lost my documents
McCarthy & Associates Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.
