Good broker
McCann & Hansen Insurance took the time to review our existing policies and found gaps in our coverage. They fixed everything and the price was reasonable.

Room for improvement
McCann & Hansen Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with McCann & Hansen Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
