Good value
I appreciate that Mayfair Insurance Agency shops around for the best rates. My auto insurance went down after switching. Customer service is generally good.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Mayfair Insurance Agency was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Mayfair Insurance Agency walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.
