Had a bad experience with Maxwell Risk Management. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Helpful staff

The staff at Maxwell Risk Management were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Lost my documents

Maxwell Risk Management lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Slow and unresponsive

Maxwell Risk Management was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Very professional

From the first call to signing the policy, everything was handled professionally. Maxwell Risk Management really knows the insurance market in Ontario.

Poor communication

My biggest issue with Maxwell Risk Management was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Been with Maxwell Risk Management for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.
