Multi-policy savings

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Maxwell & Park Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful staff
The staff at Maxwell & Park Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about Maxwell & Park Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.
