Okay but not great
Used Maxwell & Jackson Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Reliable broker
Been with Maxwell & Jackson Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Maxwell & Jackson Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
