Great for home insurance
Bought our first home and Maxwell & Ford Insurance walked us through everything we needed for home insurance. They even bundled it with our auto policy for extra savings.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Maxwell & Ford Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Room for improvement
Maxwell & Ford Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
