Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Maxwell & Co. Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Five stars all around

Helpful staff

Room for improvement
Maxwell & Co. Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.
