Responsive and caring
When my basement flooded, Maxwell & Baker Insurance was the first call I made. They walked me through the claims process and followed up regularly. A+ service.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Maxwell & Baker Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Slow and unresponsive
Maxwell & Baker Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
