Helpful but slow
The broker at Matthews Insurance Services was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Reliable broker
Been with Matthews Insurance Services for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Matthews Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
