Reliable broker
Been with Mason & Partners Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Room for improvement
Mason & Partners Insurance handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Mason & Partners Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
