Fair pricing
Mason & Douglas Insurance offered fair pricing on our commercial insurance package. The broker understood our business needs. Would have liked a faster turnaround on the policy documents.

Great for bundling

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with Mason & Douglas Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Okay but not great
Used Mason & Douglas Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Mason & Douglas Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
