Solid broker
Martin & Co. Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Could be better
The rates Martin & Co. Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Great for bundling

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Martin & Co. Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
