Could be better
The rates Marshall & Associates Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Lost my documents
Marshall & Associates Insurance lost some of my paperwork during the home insurance application process. Had to resubmit everything. Very unprofessional experience.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Marshall & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Slow and unresponsive
Marshall & Associates Insurance was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
