Good overall experience

Had a good experience with MapleLand Insurance Partners. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Not what I expected

Based on reviews I expected more from MapleLand Insurance Partners. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Five stars all around

Switched to MapleLand Insurance Partners on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Room for improvement

MapleLand Insurance Partners handled our business insurance, but the process was slow and I had to follow up multiple times. The final policy was fine though.

Helpful but slow

The broker at MapleLand Insurance Partners was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Does the job

MapleLand Insurance Partners helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Okotoks. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Okay but not great

Used MapleLand Insurance Partners for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
