I have called the 622 number 2 times now. 1st time find out I'm rerouted to MONCTON, I live in Miramichi and wanted to speak to my HOME BRANCH when I ask to be transfered the guy HUNG UP! the second time I asked again to speak to my home office I get told "NO PROBLEM let me put you on hold for a second to transfer you" I then waited 7 minutes and STILL wasn't transfered!!!! When a CLIENT asks to speak to their home branch it shouldn't mean I have to jump through hoops to speak to my HOME OFFICE!!!! If I wanted to deal with MONCTON office I would have got insurance THROUGH the Moncton office. I didn't I LIVE i MIRAMICHI and therefore get my insurance LOCALLY!!!! RIDICULOUS that I have to physically go into my HOME office to do my business instead of being able to do it over the phone!
