They give me the run around made me go home 3 times. The first time she looked at a document on my phone and told me that was good so I ran home to print it only to be told it wasn't. I went somewhere else and got it done with the same forms the denied.

It’s the worst place ever! The staff have no idea how to do their jobs. It’s the same service, but every employee gives a different answer. They even lie—what they said last time they refuse to acknowledge the next time. It’s truly a terrible place with awful attitudes and constant lying.

DO NOT COME HERE!! They made me go back and forth from the school, which is a one-hour bus ride from my house, then to my bank, which was another 30 minutes away, and then I went back to them, only for them to say they couldn’t process my documents to get my permit license and that I had to find another MPI. 🤓🤓 And then, they also couldn’t process my car registration papers and gave me a bunch of unnecessary documents, only for the other MPI to tell me I didn’t even need those papers. I don’t even want to start with this insurance broker, DO NOT USE THEM !! Everyone seems miserable and DO NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB. The manager Clile is absolutely horrible to deal with, back in February she made my mom run around for no reason, I called the insurance company directly and they were able to solve the problem. This time around I called a day early to see how to go abouts the situation and they gave me the wrong information over the phone. My mom showed up with her ID like they told me now they need a number of things before they can proceed. Train your workers to give the correct information but the manager herself seems like she doesn’t even want to be there. As you’re trained in your field you’ve probably dealt with many situations. Normal customer service people will tell you the issue and come up with solutions! This place will just tell you the issue, frustrate you and once your clearly frustrated and upset then figure out a solution. Anyways Clile needed to leave and passed the work to Maria. Maybe Maria was upset with her manager but her facial expression while doing my mom’s files, mom said she looked absolutely upset and for what? This is your job! I never understand why people work and don’t look happy doing it no one told you to work there. Long story short GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WE WILL NOT BE BACK FOR RENEWAL.

Today, my husband and I visited to renew our licenses. Since we are temporary residents, we weren’t sure which documents were required, but Ate at the front desk assisted us. She was very helpful and accommodating, and clearly explained what we needed. We went home to get the remaining documents, respecting the rules and policies, and returned afterward. With her help, we were able to get our licenses renewed successfully.
