Slow and unresponsive
Maitland Risk Solutions was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.

Could be better
The rates Maitland Risk Solutions found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with Maitland Risk Solutions was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Family business feel
Maitland Risk Solutions has that family business feel that you don't get from big insurance companies. They genuinely care about finding you the right coverage.

Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with Maitland Risk Solutions. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from Maitland Risk Solutions. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.
