Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through Maitland Insurance Brokers. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Could be better
The rates Maitland Insurance Brokers found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Slow and unresponsive
Maitland Insurance Brokers was very slow in processing my business insurance application. Emails went unanswered for days. Eventually I went with another broker.
