Reliable broker
Been with MacNeil & MacKenzie Insurance for a couple of years now. They handle our home and auto insurance well. Sometimes hard to reach during busy periods.

Helpful staff

Okay but not great
Used MacNeil & MacKenzie Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Could be better
The rates MacNeil & MacKenzie Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.
