Poor communication
My biggest issue with MacNeil Insurance Brokers was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Could be better
The rates MacNeil Insurance Brokers found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with MacNeil Insurance Brokers. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.
