Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with MacLeod & Partners Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Does the job
MacLeod & Partners Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Vernon. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from MacLeod & Partners Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with MacLeod & Partners Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
