Amazing customer service

Could be better
The rates MacLeod & Co. Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Smooth transition
Switching from my old broker to MacLeod & Co. Insurance was completely smooth. They handled all the transfers and actually improved my coverage at a lower cost.

Solid broker
MacLeod & Co. Insurance is a solid insurance broker. They compared quotes from several companies for our auto insurance. Could improve their online portal though.

Couldn't be happier
