Poor communication
My biggest issue with MacLean & Ross Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Five stars all around
Switched to MacLean & Ross Insurance on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about MacLean & Ross Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Great for home insurance
