Disappointing experience
I was disappointed with MacLean & Co. Insurance. They took over a week to get back to me with auto insurance quotes and the rates weren't even competitive.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with MacLean & Co. Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Helpful but slow
The broker at MacLean & Co. Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.
