Five stars all around
Switched to MacKenzie Risk Management on a friend's recommendation and I'm so glad I did. My auto insurance premium dropped and I actually have better coverage now.

Good overall experience
Had a good experience with MacKenzie Risk Management. They found me a competitive rate for home insurance. Only minor issue was the paperwork took a bit longer than expected.

Helpful but slow
The broker at MacKenzie Risk Management was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Disappointing experience
