Okay but not great
Used MacKenzie & Nolan Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.

Helpful but slow
The broker at MacKenzie & Nolan Insurance was very helpful and knowledgeable about business insurance, but it took a few days to get our quotes back. End result was good though.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with MacKenzie & Nolan Insurance. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.
