Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through MacKenzie Insurance Services. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Would not recommend
Had a bad experience with MacKenzie Insurance Services. When I needed to file a claim, they were hard to reach and unhelpful. Ended up switching to a different broker.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with MacKenzie Insurance Services was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
