Multi-policy savings
Combined our home, auto, and cottage insurance through MacKenzie & Burke Insurance. The multi-policy discount was substantial and managing everything through one broker is so convenient.

Could be better
The rates MacKenzie & Burke Insurance found for my home insurance were okay, but I found a similar quote on my own online. The personal service was nice though.

Not what I expected
Based on reviews I expected more from MacKenzie & Burke Insurance. The auto insurance rates they quoted were higher than what I found elsewhere. Didn't feel valued as a customer.

Decent service
Got my tenant insurance through MacKenzie & Burke Insurance. The price was fair and the coverage is good. Wish they had evening hours for working professionals.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with MacKenzie & Burke Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.
