Mixed feelings
I had mixed feelings about MacKenzie & Associates Insurance. The broker was friendly but seemed disorganized. Eventually got my auto insurance sorted but it took longer than expected.

Helpful staff
The staff at MacKenzie & Associates Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Does the job
MacKenzie & Associates Insurance helped me find auto insurance after I moved to Georgetown. Decent rates and good coverage. Not the most high-tech office but they get results.

Poor communication
My biggest issue with MacKenzie & Associates Insurance was the lack of communication. I had to call multiple times to get updates on my home insurance policy. Frustrating.

Decent service
