Pretty good
MacDonald & Black Insurance helped us with our home insurance renewal. They found a slightly better rate. The process was straightforward, nothing exceptional but reliable.

Room for improvement

Helpful staff
The staff at MacDonald & Black Insurance were helpful when I needed to add a new driver to my auto policy. They found a way to keep the premium increase minimal.

Okay but not great
Used MacDonald & Black Insurance for tenant insurance. Price was average, service was fine. Nothing that really stood out compared to other brokers I've used.
