Renewing home & auto insurance should always be this easy... After my credit cards all got scammed at the same time and I was waiting for replacement cards to come in the mail, my condo insurance was due to renew. Through the magic of AC&D Insurance Services, the Reeta renewed my policy and patiently waited until the cards were replaced to process the payments... Then I forgot to call them back. Carina called me this morning, and we processed the condo insurance smoothly, and then I remembered that my car insurance was also due (I thought tomorrow! Turns out it's next week) and we renewed that, too. A completely painless process, and in both cases, with premiums LOWER than last year. Who is going to find you a lower price on anything this year? These folks are great --simple process, smooth and polite... and they can help people anywhere in the province!

We've been with AC&D for 24 years, never had a claim. We've been trying for a while to get a home business added to the insurance, provided documentation and they just ignored it, took our money and never made the change. This year I insisted again and got denied for insurance. Don't want to think what would have happened if we had a claim. It was unprofessional and ignorance on their part. They do not care for loyal clients.
