Excellent customer service with Assurance L'unique We have commercial Insurance with them for several years now. Whenever we have questions or quotation they're always available to answer anything. Would definitely recommend them 1000%.

Worst Experience Ever I had an accident where I was clearly not at fault, yet my insurance company denied my claim. Despite having full coverage and providing every single detail they requested, they failed to support me. To make matters worse, my claim adjuster — who I expected to be professional — somehow twisted the situation and placed the blame on me. The entire process dragged on for four months, during which they barely communicated with me. I would get one call or email a month at best, and most of the time, they ignored my attempts to reach out. It became clear that they are not interested in providing the service you are paying for. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. Worst experience ever.

Absolutely loved the kind friendly service we received from L'Unique General Insurance and their Adjustor. Service that can't be beat.

So I had cancelled May 9 2025 with DPA ins. Broker.They kept the full amount which I hoped you would use as last payment. In the beginning of my Policies you wrote me checks to cover my first payment putting me one month behind in payments.I never asked for this… I thought a gift for signing up one month no charge. Let’s not stop there. There was a yearly withdraw Of 100 dollar go between fee.(You and Broker) With that I would like to say that I won’t be Recommending you to others. I feel miss informed and cheated. PS Changing withdraw dates to suit your purpose Is not good business or legal….

Thieves. Absolutely useless and you should stay away from this company. They refused to put me in a rental even though I was in a no fault accident and I had full coverage, they didn’t fix my car after pushing me to go to their “preferred shop” and they even keep taking money from my account after I cancelled my policy. STAY AWAY
